QA Lead: Quality Strategist for Enterprise Solutions (Salesforce FSC, MuleSoft & Genesys)

We are searching for a driven, hands-on QA Lead to define, build, and champion the quality assurance strategy for our ambitious new enterprise project.
This is a high-impact, critical role that requires a deep understanding of quality assurance across a complex technology stack: Salesforce Financial Service Cloud (FSC), robust integrations powered by MuleSoft, and a cutting-edge telephony system leveraging Genesys VoIT / Service Cloud Voice.

About the Project
We are developing a new, high-availability platform for the financial services sector where data integrity, seamless integration, and flawless contact center operations are paramount.
Key Technologies You'll Master:
- Salesforce FSC: The core CRM and financial data management system.
- MuleSoft: The central integration layer for all internal and external systems.
- Genesys VoIT / Service Cloud Voice: The solution providing advanced telephony and contact center features.
Your Core Responsibilities
1. QA Strategy & Leadership
- Define and implement the overall QA strategy, test plans, and methodologies for the entire project (Salesforce, MuleSoft, Genesys integrations).
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, promoting best practices in manual, automation, and performance testing.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters, providing clear status reports and metrics to stakeholders.
2. Test Design & Execution
- Design and oversee the creation of comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test data for functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Oversee the testing of complex MuleSoft integrations between Salesforce FSC and various systems, validating data integrity and flow.
- Ensure the quality of the contact center solution: testing call routing, IVR, screen pops, and data synchronization between Genesys and Salesforce.
- Implement and manage test automation frameworks for both the Salesforce and MuleSoft layers to maximize efficiency and regression coverage.
3. Process Improvement & Tooling
- Identify and implement the right tools for test automation, performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner), and API testing (e.g., Postman).
- Establish a robust defect tracking and management process, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies, including integration with CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 4โ5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Proven, hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications, including both standard and custom functionalities.
- Strong experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and a deep understanding of MuleSoft APIs and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with contact center technologies, specifically testing of Genesys VoIT and/or Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Apex Test Classes).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD concepts.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, App Builder).
- Experience with performance and load testing.
- Experience with automated testing for MuleSoft APIs.
- Background in the financial services or insurance industry.
