About the Project
This project involves creating a seamless, integrated ecosystem for the financial services domain. You will be instrumental in connecting and optimizing:
- Salesforce Financial Service Cloud (FSC): Serving as the core platform for managing client data and financial accounts.
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform: Utilized for building resilient, API-led integration layers connecting Salesforce with internal and external enterprise systems.
- Genesys VoIT / Service Cloud Voice: Integrating advanced telephony features to enable seamless call routing, automated screen pops, and data synchronization for contact center agents.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership & Mentorship
- Serve as the technical authority for the project, providing hands-on guidance to a team of developers and solution architects.
- Design, architect, and oversee the implementation of complex, end-to-end solutions involving Salesforce FSC, MuleSoft, and Contact Center technologies.
- Ensure all technical solutions adhere to Salesforce and MuleSoft best practices, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
2. Solution Design & Integration
- Lead the design and implementation of integration patterns using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform, connecting Salesforce FSC with internal and external systems.
- Define and enforce API governance, security policies (e.g., OAuth, JWT), and performance optimization strategies for all MuleSoft APIs.
- Architect the seamless integration between Genesys VoIT / Service Cloud Voice and Salesforce to enable unified agent experiences.
- Translate complex financial services domain business requirements into scalable technical designs on the Salesforce FSC platform.
3. Project Execution & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders to define technical scope and delivery timelines.
- Manage and coordinate technical deliverables across diverse teams, including offshore and onshore resources.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 4β5 years of experience in software development, with significant experience in a technical leadership role.
- Deep, hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including declarative and programmatic development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura).
- Expertise with Salesforce Financial Service Cloud (FSC) and its core features (e.g., Household data model, Action Plans, Life Events, Financial Accounts).
- Proven expertise with MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform for designing and implementing complex integrations.
- Strong knowledge of contact center technologies, specifically with Genesys VoIT and/or Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.
- In-depth understanding of integration patterns (API-led connectivity, pub/sub, request/response) and data transformation (DataWeave).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple integrated platforms.
