Looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to $1300

About Us:
New Wave Devs is an IT outstaffing company. We support SaaS, Fintech, Marketplace, and other digital startups by providing dedicated developers and teams. Our deals are typically $100K+ and we work with early-stage funded companies (Pre-seed, Seed, Series A).

 

Role:
We’re hiring a Lead Generation Specialist who knows how to find and qualify SaaS and/or Fintech companies, and generate real calls with decision makers. If you also have experience in outstaffing or outsourcing IT services, that’s a big plus.

 

Responsibilities:
- Prospect SaaS and Fintech companies according to our ICP;
- Identify and connect with decision makers (CEO, CTO, Product Lead, VP Engineering);
- Work daily with LinkedIn Sales Navigator + LinkedHelper to run targeted outreach;
- Build and manage email campaigns via Snov.io (clean data, avoid spam, ensure deliverability);
- Keep CRM data up to date in HubSpot and track progress in Excel;
- Report weekly on outreach volume, replies, warm leads, and calls booked.

 

Tools We Use:
- HubSpot (CRM);
- Excel (reporting);
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator + LinkedHelper;
- Snov.io (email outreach).

 

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in outbound lead generation for IT services;
- Proven experience targeting SaaS and/or Fintech companies;
- Strong LinkedIn prospecting skills (manual qualification, not just scraping);
- Understanding of email deliverability and domain reputation;
- Clear understanding of outstaffing / outsourcing models (huge plus);
- English: Upper-Intermediate+ (confident writing to founders and C-levels).

 

KPIs:
- Weekly outreach volume: ~300 LinkedIn, ~300 of Emails;
- Minimum 5–6 qualified warm leads/month, from which 2–3 must convert into calls.
- At least 90% of leads must match ICP criteria.
