Requirement:

— Product expertise: Basic understanding of product metrics, unit economics, funnels, and user scenarios.
— Marketing & CR optimization background: Experience in digital campaigns, landing pages, or A/B testing.
— A proven track record of optimizing campaigns, product metrics, landing pages, funnels.
— Results- and data-driven mindset. A natural collaborator.

Responsibilities:

— Ownership over campaigns and landing pages.
— Apply product management best practices to marketing initiatives: Experiment, launch A/B tests, and optimize.
— Support in writing requirements for developers and designers to set up landing pages on Builder.io.
— Review and provide input on campaign copy, visuals, and mechanics from a product perspective.
— Monitor campaign performance and assist in analyzing results (conversion rates, promotion ROI, funnel drop-offs).
— Help to build and improve user scenarios/funnels to make sure users get the most value.

Would be a plus:

— Web3/crypto/CEX experience: An understanding of exchanges, trading products, or crypto users.
— Builder.io hands-on experience or a similar visual content management system.
