Middle Recruiter (IT, Non-tech)

We combine consulting, design, web development, content, marketing, customer service, and operational management to ensure the operation of a complete and effective omnichannel e-commerce business.
For over 7 years, we have been helping our partners’ online businesses grow. Our clients include the marketplace md-fashion.ua, ultra-shop.com, adidas.ua, adidas.kz, ua.puma.com, saks85.com, frgroup.kz, and others.

Since 2022, the company has expanded its operations to the Republic of Kazakhstan. We provide a full range of services such as eCommerce-as-a-Service (EaaS) and 3PL, becoming a fulfillment hub.

We are looking for a Middle Recruiter (IT, Non-tech)
We value and support veterans and are open to hiring for this role.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as  a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Excellent communication skills in Ukrainian, English would be a plus.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in candidate communication and managing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ATS experience a plus.
• Strong social media and job board knowledge (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Your Responsibilities:

•  Manage your workload, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Gather detailed job requirements from hiring managers.
• Source, attract, and screen candidates, ensuring their skills and experience align with client needs.
• Arrange interviews with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR-team to refine recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively.
