Our platform brings everything into one place – real-time vehicle location and status, service data, tasks, time tracking, and reports. We’re building products that make fleet managers’ and field employees’ lives easier every single day.

Now we’re looking for a Flutter Developer to join our team and help us take our mobile apps to the next level.
 

🚀 What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain our Employee App for Android & iOS using Flutter.
• Publish and maintain apps in App Store and Google Play.
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and mobile analytics.
• Ensure clean architecture, smooth navigation, and great UX.
• Write tests (unit, widget, integration) and work on performance optimization.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers.
• Propose ideas, improve approaches, and help us build not just tasks, but a great product.
   

🛠️ Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial Flutter/Dart experience.
• Experience publishing apps to Google Play and App Store.
• Solid understanding of app architecture, state management (BLoC / Riverpod / Provider), and Navigator 2.0.
• Strong experience with REST API integrations, push notifications, and third-party SDKs.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code (with testing).
• Experience with Git and agile workflows.
• English level: B1+ 
• A mindset beyond “just closing tickets” → you care about UX, performance, and user outcomes.
   

🌟 Nice to have

• Experience with Angular (our Console web app runs on it).
• Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Messaging, Analytics).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Codemagic, Bitrise, etc.).
• Understanding of Material Design. 
• Experience with native iOS/Android (Swift/Kotlin). 
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development.
