 JayJay School is an online education platform offering practical courses in marketing, design, and IT for the Indonesian market. Our mission is to transform lives through learning - and now we’re preparing to expand into the German market, which is why we’re looking for talented salespeople with strong German skills.

What you’ll do:

• Connect with incoming leads (warm leads, no cold calling).
• Make daily calls and help potential students find the right courses.
• Present course details clearly and confidently.
• Keep records up to date in our CRM and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
   

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in B2C sales, call centers, or customer support with upselling.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Native Ukrainian speaker + strong German (B2+, preferably C1).
• Motivated by results and comfortable working independently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
