Oracle DBA (Database Administrator)

We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) who will help us develop and maintain highly reliable databases, optimize performance, and ensure the seamless operation of mission-critical financial services.

Requirements:

 

• 3+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle architecture (SGA, PGA, redo/undo, latch/lock, execution plan).
• Hands-on experience with RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, ASM.
• Proven experience in SQL query performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration
• Experience with information security standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27001).

Responsibilities:

 

• Administration of Oracle Database (versions 12c/19c/21c).
• Configuration and maintenance of RAC, Data Guard, GoldenGate, ASM, RMAN.
• Organizing backup/restore and disaster recovery processes.
• Performance optimization (SQL tuning, execution plans, partitioning, indexes).
• Database monitoring 
• User management, access control, auditing, encryption (TDE, Oracle Wallet).
• Planning and performing upgrades and migrations with minimal downtime.
• Integration with DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participation in 24/7 on-call support rotation.

Nice to have​:

 

• Experience with Exadata, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS RDS for Oracle.
• Certifications Oracle OCP / OCM.
• Knowledge of other DBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
