Lead Generation Specialist (Junior)

We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented person to help us identify potential clients and build a high-quality contact base. No prior experience required — what matters most is your motivation to learn and grow in IT, marketing, or sales.

What you’ll do:

• Research and collect information about potential clients from open sources;
• Prepare lead databases for the sales/recruitment team;
• Work with LinkedIn, specialized platforms, and other lead generation tools;
• Initiate first contact with leads (messages/invitations);
• Keep records updated in CRM and spreadsheets.

• English level Intermediate+ is a plus.
