Business Development Manager

About the Company

We are a professional performance marketing team specializing in turning traffic into results for iGaming products. With years of experience in the international market, we consistently deliver strong results and have a fully established internal infrastructure for efficient operations.

 

Role Objective

Strategic development of the partner network, increasing the quantity and quality of offers, optimizing cooperation terms, and strengthening market positions in the iGaming vertical.

 

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate with current and new partners (CPA networks, direct advertisers, offer aggregators).
  • Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Actively search and test new offers to expand the team’s portfolio.
  • Analyze offer performance and cooperation terms to maximize profit.
  • Monitor and coordinate key parameters: caps, rates, KPIs, and compliance with agreements.
  • Closely collaborate with internal teams: media buying, analytics, and tech support.

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Development / Affiliate Manager.
  • Strong understanding of working with partner networks and direct advertisers.
  • Knowledge of technical basics: trackers (Keitaro, Binom), postbacks, API integrations, links.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to work with ROI, EPC, CR, NGR metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • High level of self-organization, proactivity, and result orientation.
