Senior UX/UI Designer to $1800

Grensigher is a forward-thinking company dedicated to creating seamless digital experiences. We are seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team and help shape user-centric designs while bridging the gap between design and development.

 

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with strong UX expertise, advanced Figma skills, deep knowledge of design systems and DesignOps, and hands-on experience with HTML/CSS. The ideal candidate will not only craft intuitive and visually appealing interfaces but also understand the technical aspects of project implementation and communicate effectively with developers and stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes for web and mobile applications.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather actionable insights to inform design decisions.

- Create and maintain advanced Figma design systems, including components, variables, and design tokens.

- Define and implement DesignOps processes to streamline collaboration between designers and developers.

- Translate business and user requirements into interactive designs.

- Ensure designs are technically feasible and align with front-end development capabilities.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.

- Communicate design decisions clearly, both verbally and in writing, to team members and stakeholders.

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.


 

Requirements / Skills:

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a senior role.

- Advanced Figma skills, including design systems, components, variables, and design tokens.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills and user-centered design solutions.

- Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS; understanding of front-end development processes.

- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

- Familiarity with DesignOps and implementing design workflow optimizations.

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to think strategically about product design and user experience.

- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a remote team environment.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
