What Experience Is Important to Us

  • 2+ years in CRM/Retention management, ideally in iGaming or high-engagement industries.
  • Proven expertise with CRM systems, especially Smartico, and managing Tier 3 markets (Southeast Asia preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills for audience segmentation, campaign tracking, and customer journey optimization.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI to monitor KPIs.
  • Experience in retention strategies, gamification, and creating data-driven campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

 

What You Will Do

  • Develop and manage CRM strategies to boost retention, engagement, and monetization through personalized campaigns.
  • Set up and optimize CRM workflows in Smartico, including multi-channel communications (email, SMS, push notifications).
  • Analyze user behavior to segment audiences and create tailored customer journeys.
  • Design and execute a communication calendar aligned with events, seasons, and promotions.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve key performance metrics and implement gamification to increase engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration of CRM processes.
  • Monitor compliance and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights.
