AI Researcher

You will work on a mix of applied and research tasks: exploring new AI tools, testing approaches, and applying them to real company processes. From automating lead generation, email writing, and recruiting tasks to building small internal prototypes, you’ll be directly involved in how we implement AI in everyday work.

This position is ideal for those who know the basics of AI/ML and want to see their skills applied in practice. You don’t need commercial experience — curiosity, motivation, and readiness to learn are more important.

What You’ll Do

• Research and test AI tools (LLMs, APIs, automation platforms).
• Automate workflows for sales, recruiting, and HR.
• Use AI to generate content: posts, outreach messages, reports.
• Build and improve small internal AI-based tools and prototypes.
• Support teams with day-to-day AI tasks.
• Stay updated on new AI trends and share knowledge with the team.

What We’re Looking For

• AI/ML knowledge (academic, hobby, or project experience is enough).
• Python skills or experience with AI APIs/tools (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) is a plus.
• English A2+ (able to explain yourself, describe tasks, read/write instructions).
• Curiosity, growth mindset, and willingness to learn every day.
• Comfortable working with both tech and non-tech colleagues.

Work Schedule
