Middle/Senior SEO Manager

We're looking for an experienced SEO Manager to take full ownership of our search strategy. Your mission will be to grow organic traffic and boost our visibility in AI-powered answers (AEO).

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves perfecting on-page details and building a solid technical foundation.

What You'll Do

•  Lead Strategy: Develop a 6-12 month SEO roadmap focusing on semantics, content clusters, and user intent.
• Analyze the Market: Conduct competitive SERP analysis, identify market barriers, and provide accurate traffic forecasts.
• Master AI-SEO (AEO): Optimize content to appear in AI Overviews, Bing Copilot, and Perplexity. Manage AI crawlers (like GPTBot) and implement structured data (JSON-LD/Schema.org).
• Handle Technical SEO: Oversee everything from indexation, sitemaps, and Core Web Vitals to JS rendering, hreflang, and large-scale site migrations.
• Drive Growth with Data: Use GSC, GA4, and server logs to run SEO A/B tests and cohort analysis, turning insights into action.

• Collaborate: Translate complex SEO needs into clear, actionable dev tickets for our engineering team.

   

We're Looking For

• Proven Experience: 5-7+ years in SEO with a track record of success on medium to large projects. Please share case studies!
• Technical Know-How: Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals.
• Analytical Mindset: Expert-level skills in analyzing data from GSC and GA4.
• Proactive & Independent: You thrive on solving complex problems and taking full responsibility for the results.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Digital PR and link-earning campaigns.
• Knowledge of CDN/Workers (Cloudflare).
• Experience ensuring quality and factual accuracy of LLM-generated content.
• Familiarity with compliance standards like GDPR/PII for sensitive niches (YMYL).
