Influencer Marketing Outreach to $1500

What you'll do:

  • Research and source relevant YouTubers in gaming niches (accounts, in-game items, marketplaces, boosting, etc.).
  • Reach out to the sourced YouTubers via email/socials and open partnership discussions.
  • Negotiate and close deals for integrated sponsorships and dedicated videos.
  • Collaborate with the YouTuber on video ideas and scripts to align with Tapin’s goals.
  • Oversee production: answer creator questions, provide assets, and ensure proper delivery.
  • Ensure videos go live on time with correct title, description, and pinned comment.
  • Track and report performance of influencer campaigns (reach, clicks, conversions, ROI).


What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years in influencer marketing, partnerships, or sponsorship management (gaming industry preferred).
  • Strong negotiation skills; proven track record of closing influencer deals.
  • Experience working with YouTube creators or MCNs (multi-channel networks).
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented (able to juggle multiple campaigns).
  • Fluent in English (C1+) with excellent written outreach ability.
  • Passion for gaming and familiarity with the YouTube/gaming ecosystem.
