🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

• 🔄 Bridge Dev and Ops: Improve collaboration between software development and IT operations teams
• ⚙️ Automate Everything: Streamline processes and workflows with a DevOps-first mindset
• 🧠 Diagnose & Deliver: Conduct root cause analysis and implement fixes and new features
• 👨‍💼 Advise & Consult: Support teams with technical consultancy and help optimize their processes
• 📊 Monitor & Optimize: Oversee application health, logs, and system performance
• 🛠 Tooling: Leverage tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Microsoft Teams, and JIRA to manage delivery

📌 What We’re Looking For

• ✅ 7+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer
• ✅ Strong expertise in automation, performance tuning, and system monitoring
• ✅ Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern deployment tools
• ✅ Comfortable working across development, staging, and production environments
• ✅ Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
• ✅ Language skills: German (B2+) and English (B2)
