Twitter (X) Lead Generator

We are looking for 2 experienced Lead Generation specialists on Twitter (X) who can consistently turn cold interactions into real booked calls with our target audience.

We prefer to start with a part-time engagement during the probation period and than move forward to full-time position.

🔹 Our Twitter Outreach Approach

• Engaging with target prospects through meaningful replies under their tweets (first touchpoint)
• Building rapport via likes, retweets, and short comments to get noticed
• Moving to direct messages (DMs) with context and value
• Smoothly transitioning conversations into a scheduled call with a clear CTA & calendar link

This is not about spamming – it’s about authentic Twitter engagement that creates trust and real business opportunities.

🔹 What We Expect (Monthly KPIs)

• Minimum: 10 qualified calls booked via Twitter
• Target: 20 qualified calls booked via Twitter

👉 Only calls with the correct target audience will be counted
👉 Irrelevant calls will be ignored and excluded from performance stats

🔹 Compensation & Incentives

• Base rate: $400/month per lead generator
• Penalty: –$200 if the minimum (10 calls) is not achieved
• Bonus: +$100 when the target (20 calls) is exceeded
• Extra reward: +$40 for each additional qualified call above 20

🔹 Collaboration Terms

We are looking for a long-term partnership.
At the same time, decisions about continuing or ending the cooperation will be made calmly and pragmatically, based on results.

• Proven experience in Twitter (X) B2B lead generation & appointment setting
• Ability to turn cold replies and DMs into warm conversations
• Strong English writing & communication skills
• Reliable, consistent, and result-oriented
