Position Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.

- Proven experience in blockchain-related projects, with a strong understanding of stablecoins.

- Familiarity with financial services, digital assets, and regulatory considerations related to blockchain solutions.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, international team environment.

Candidate Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for the stablecoin project.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and solution design.

- Translate complex blockchain and financial concepts into clear, actionable deliverables.

- Support the project team through the Discovery Phase, ensuring accurate analysis and estimations.

- Contribute to process improvements and best practices in blockchain-based financial solutions.
