Content Marketing Manager
As (Senior) Content Marketing Manager your mission is to build and continuously optimize a modular, reusable content engine that fuels thought leadership, sales enablement, and demand generation across all buyer stages. You will shape how Zoot communicates, ensuring content is consistent, impactful, and strategically aligned across our website, campaigns, and digital channels—ensuring our messages are clear, engaging, and aligned with our growth objectives in Europe and beyond.
You will collaborate closely with our marketing team, sales, business development, and external partners to ensure Zoot stands out in the European financial services space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies that support Zoot’s brand positioning, campaigns, and product marketing initiatives across digital channels.
- Write and edit high-impact content including web pages, brochures, blog articles, video scripts, newsletters, landing pages, and client success stories.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (Product, Sales, Business Development) to turn complex technical concepts into compelling, benefit-driven messaging.
- Manage and evolve our content calendar to support campaign goals, SEO strategy, and market events.
- Support social media content creation (especially LinkedIn), working with the wider marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Help plan and produce multimedia content (e.g. product videos, event content, client testimonials), collaborating with agencies or freelancers as needed.
- Ensure content quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
- Support campaign rollouts with copy for landing pages, CTAs, email sequences, and downloadable assets.
- Contribute to internal and external communication materials, including award entries, speaker abstracts, and conference handouts.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or B2B marketing—ideally in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of written work (in English).
- Strong understanding of digital content formats and how they support lead generation, SEO, and brand awareness.
- Confident in translating complex product or technical topics into clear, customer-centric content.
- Familiarity with tools like WordPress, HubSpot, Figma, Canva, or similar platforms.
- A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Native-level English; additional European languages (especially German) are a plus, but not required.
