24PLAY is a Gamedev company from Ukraine that has been developing and publishing mobile games since 2019. We are a team of professionals who have launched dozens of popular games and gained over 100 million satisfied players worldwide. 

We are looking for a recruiterl for the role that requires:

• Full-time job;

• Office-based in Kyiv.

   

Main responsibilities:

• Actively participating in closing vacancies;
• Sourcing candidates across various platforms;
• Reviewing resumes and conducting interviews;
• Building and maintaining communication with candidates;
• Managing the candidate database in a CRM system;

• Working with job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels.

   

Our ideal candidate:

• Experience in recruiting specialists;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Ukrainian;
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment;
• Attention to detail and responsibility;
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently;
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly;
• Passion for games!

Nice to have:

• Experience in recruiting and sourcing specialists in the Gamedev industry.
