We’re a performance-oriented SEO agency helping partners grow through full-cycle SEO: technical SEO, content strategy & production, and link building. We work across high-risk and mainstream verticals and turn organic search into predictable revenue.

We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to sell SEO services, expand our client base, and maximize recurring revenue.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Owning the full sales cycle: ICP research β†’ prospecting/outreach β†’ discovery β†’ solution design (audit, roadmap, packages) β†’ proposal/SOW β†’ negotiation β†’ closing β†’ smooth handover to Project Management.
  • Packaging and selling service lines: technical SEO, content SEO, link building (outreach/guest posts/crowd), and comprehensive SEO programs.
  • Researching target accounts and building qualified pipelines.
  • Running demos and value-driven presentations; handling objections and iterating offers.
  • Coordinating closely with delivery teams to align scope, timelines, KPIs, and ROI narratives.
  • Driving cross-sell/upsell and account growth.
  • Opening opportunities via email/LinkedIn and at industry conferences (ICE, iGB, SiGMA, SBC, etc.).

     

What We Expect:

  • 3–5 years in sales with 1–2 years in B2B.
  • 1–2 years in high-risk niches (ideally iGaming; fintech/crypto also relevant).
  • Based in Europe (must).
  • Proven strength in at least 2 of 3: lead generation, closing, account management.
  • Working knowledge of iGaming market.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
  • Confident with CRMs and Google Workspace; strong communication and negotiation skills; persistent, goal-driven, team-oriented.
     

Nice to Have:

  • Existing network of decision-makers (CMO/Head of SEO/Founders) in iGaming/marketing.
  • Experience selling SEO retainers, link-building packages, and technical audits.
  • Outreach stack familiarity (LinkedIn, Reply/Lemlist/Instantly, Snov/Apollo/RocketReach).
  • Comfort with performance/SEO tools (GSC/GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush).
