About the role
Fourmeta is looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our outsource team and help us build high-quality digital products for international clients. This role combines hands-on development with team leadership and technical ownership.

You will work closely with developers, project managers, and clients, ensuring technical excellence and successful project delivery.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams, supporting their professional and technical growth
• Set technical direction and promote best engineering practices
• Take part in architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical documentation
• Ensure high-quality project delivery within agreed timelines and client expectations
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Act as a technical role model by writing clean, maintainable code
• Collaborate with PMs and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Continuously improve tools, workflows, and internal processes

🧠 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Developer in an outsource or software development environment
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • React Native
  • React.js / Next.js
  • Node.js
  • PHP (Laravel)
• Experience mentoring developers and leading teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to combine technical depth with business understanding
• Solid problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
