Technical Lead

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to join our outsource company. The Technical Lead will be responsible for guiding and mentoring our development teams, driving technical excellence, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires both strong leadership and hands-on expertise across multiple stacks, including React Native, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and PHP (Laravel).
 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development teams by setting clear goals, providing direction, and fostering collaboration.
• Act as a role model by leading through example, promoting high coding standards, and ensuring best practices.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth of team members.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of projects within agreed timelines and client expectations.
• Facilitate open communication across the team, building a transparent and inspiring work culture.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Oversee architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and workflows.
   

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Developer in an outsource or software development environment.
• Strong expertise in React Native, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and PHP (Laravel).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with performance reviews, mentoring, and team development.
• Ability to balance technical depth with business understanding.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound technical decisions.
