Team Lead of Retention
Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry.
Founded in 2014, the company quickly became a leader in the CIS region and is now expanding globally.
We are currently looking for a Team Lead of Retention.

π Key responsibilities and your contribution:
β’ Developing and implementing customer retention strategies to improve key metrics.
β’ Creating automated user engagement workflows, including segmentation, personalization, and performance analysis.
β’ Managing projects and campaigns within retention and automation.
β’ Using analytical tools to identify growth opportunities and generate hypotheses.
β’ Analyzing retention campaigns to improve their effectiveness and profitability.
β’ Developing comprehensive customer retention plans leveraging automation and multi-level engagement sequences.
β’ Leading a team and collaborating with stakeholders and other departments.
π Your qualifications:
β’ Work experience as a Retention Manager or Team Lead for at least three years in the iGaming niche.
β’ Experience working with various CRM systems and communication channels.
β’ Strong understanding of the technical aspects of launching automated campaigns.
β’ Knowledge of different elements of building a retention strategy: tone of voice, email marketing and deliverability, segmentation, personalization.
β’ Experience using analytical tools, developing and testing hypotheses.
β’ understanding of iGaming product metrics.
β’ Proactive, initiative-driven, and results-oriented.
β’ Ability to work collaboratively within a team and provide effective leadership.
β’ Strategic thinking and a clear vision of the βbig picture.β
β’ Strong time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and assessing timelines.
β’ Attention to detail and high concentration at work.
β’ Ability to make independent decisions based on data and logic.
