QA Specialist to $700
We’re developing a hiring platform that uses large language models to automate resume screening, candidate scoring, and voice-based interviews. The system analyzes CVs, matches candidates to jobs, conducts interviews using AI agents, and generates structured summaries — all based on prompt workflows.
We’re looking for a QA Specialist to help us ensure the quality of both the product features and the AI-generated outputs. This is a long-term position with potential to grow into product and operations roles over time.
Responsibilities
• Test web application features and identify functional issues
• Reproduce and report bugs with clear documentation
• Validate AI-generated outputs such as interview summaries and question sets
• Review and improve prompt logic across different models
• Monitor edge cases and provide feedback on unusual behavior
• Participate in daily standups and assist with backlog grooming
• Contribute to UX feedback and feature validation
Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in QA or a similar role in IT
• Strong attention to detail and structured approach to testing
• Good spoken and written English
• Experience working with or testing LLM-based tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Ability to write clear, concise bug reports
• Experience in recruiting or HR tech is a plus
• Familiarity with prototyping tools (v0.dev, Lovable, etc.) is an advantage
