Growth Marketing Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to design and execute scalable marketing programs that help our franchise partners attract, qualify, and nurture franchise prospects. This role manages paid media campaigns (Facebook, Google, YouTube)lead portals, and automated outreach/nurture programs, while leveraging our data enrichment partner and our Attio CRM to move leads effectively through the franchise development funnel.
 

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with experience orchestrating campaigns across digital, automation, and funnel management platforms.
 

Our Marketing Stack

  • Data Enrichment Partner (to be disclosed): Append demographic/financial/behavioral data to incoming leads.
  • Attio (CRM): Central hub for lead scoring, pipeline management, and sales alignment.
  • Instantly: Run automated outreach sequences and drip campaigns for franchise prospects.
  • Audience.co: Deploy personalized direct mail to accelerate conversion with high-value prospects.
  • Beehivv: Funnel management platform for long-term newsletter nurture campaigns, keeping franchise prospects engaged until they are ready to take the next step.
     

Key Responsibilities

Paid Campaigns (Facebook, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn)

  • Own planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid campaigns.
  • Balance awareness-building (YouTube, display, social) with intent-driven (Google Search, retargeting).
  • Continuously optimize targeting, creative, and CPL.

Lead Portals & External Sources

  • Manage franchise lead portal (e.g., BizBuySell).
  • Monitor portal ROI, negotiate buys, and integrate leads into Attio.
  • Ensure portal leads are enriched, scored, and routed appropriately.

Lead Enrichment & Scoring

  • Use our data partner to enrich incoming leads for quality signals.
  • Develop and refine lead scoring models in Attio to prioritize sales-ready prospects.
  • Continuously align scoring thresholds with actual franchise conversion performance.

Outreach & Nurture Campaigns

  • Build and manage automated outreach sequences and drip campaigns in Instantly to engage new prospects.
  • Deploy Audience.co direct mail campaigns for high-value prospects
  • Use Beehivv for long-term newsletter nurture campaigns, keeping franchise prospects engaged until they are ready to take the next step.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track performance across CPL, lead quality, conversion rates, and funnel ROI.
  • Test messaging, sequences, and nurture tactics across Instantly, Audience.co, and Beehivv.
  • Optimize spend allocation between paid media, portals, and outbound.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Build playbooks, templates, for franchise brands and run localized campaigns.
  • Interpreting lead quality scores and nurture strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure seamless handoff of enriched leads.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years Experience in digital and growth marketing.
  • Hands-on experience running Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Proficiency in CRM + enrichment + outreach stacks
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize funnels and nurture campaigns.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
