• Solid background in software engineering and digital solution development.
• Experience working with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

• Strong teamwork skills and ability to remain self-motivated to achieve goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, customers, and partners.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Aeronautics, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) at negotiation level.

Main Responsibilities

• Serve as Product Owner for digital solutions supporting Flight Operations.
• Define, refine, and prioritize product requirements in close cooperation with engineering teams.
• Align product development with business goals through collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure high-quality and user-friendly deliverables.
• Apply SAFe methodology in daily product management practices.
