HR Business Partner
We are a group of companies that has been operating globally since 2020. We are represented on the market by several sports and casino brands. Over the past year, we have successfully doubled our scale and received the Best Sportsbook Operator award at the SiGMA Awards. We are currently continuing to develop actively and are recruiting for the following position - HR Business Partner.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will serve as a bridge between business goals and people's needs. This role is for someone who is ready to work side by side with top management and team leaders, influence the organizational structure, manage change, and implement HR initiatives that really work.
Your tasks:
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle: from onboarding and adaptation to career development and offboarding.
- Manage performance management processes and help build high-performing teams.
- Coach managers and promote the development of their leadership skills.
- Increase employee engagement, motivation, and retention through initiatives and HR projects.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with managers to strengthen team interaction and productivity.
- Analyze HR data and make management decisions based on metrics and research.
- Organize HR research (eNPS, engagement surveys, focus groups), interpret results, and propose initiatives.
What we expect from you:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in an HR BP position or a similar role with a similar level of responsibility.
- Experience working in remote-first companies, preferably in the iGaming industry.
- Successful experience in building HR processes from scratch (onboarding, performance review, L&D, engagement) and scaling them at a rapid pace.
- Knowledge of modern approaches to performance management, compensation review, and people analytics.
- Practical HR analytics skills: data collection and interpretation, hypothesis formation, dashboard building (retention, eNPS, productivity).
- Experience in administering compensation and benefits, developing policies, analyzing the market and competitiveness in the context of global hiring.
- Ability to combine strategic vision with a hands-on approach in daily work.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, ability to influence leaders and support them in change.
- Practicality, structure, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and new GEO launch.
- Analytical and systematic thinking, attention to detail, and proactivity.
