Email Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for Email Marketing Manager to lead our email communication strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will own the entire email marketing lifecycle—from segmentation and campaign setup to performance analysis and strategic improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

     
  • Create, manage, and optimize automated email flows, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.

     
  • Segment subscriber lists to ensure personalized and targeted communication.

     
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

     
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and reporting on KPIs.

     
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
    Requirements
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing.

     
  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (in our case it’s eSputnk,but it could be different).

     
  • Experience with database segmentation, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing.

     
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and campaign analytics.
