It offers support for over 200+ connectors, including popular cloud applications like CRMs, marketing tools, support systems, and management solutions, as well as databases and data warehouses.
Your mission
As Head of Marketing, your mission is to design and execute a next-generation growth strategy for Skyvia, evolving beyond traditional organic channels impacted by AI and LLM-driven search. You will diversify acquisition, strengthen Skyvia’s global brand, and ensure predictable B2B growth in the SMB segment, with a long-term strategy to expand into the Enterprise market. This role requires a data-driven leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and adapt quickly in an environment where marketing fundamentals are being reshaped by AI.

- Establish a predictable marketing engine tailored to SMB customers and start building Skyvia’s presence in the Enterprise segment.
- Proactively experiment with new channels and tactics, doubling down on what works.
What you will do
- Diagnose and evolve the growth engine
Audit the current marketing funnel, assess opportunities across channels, and design a strategy that ensures stable and diversified growth. - Transform SEO strategy for the era of AI/LLMs
Adapt SEO efforts to the realities of AI-driven search while building complementary demand generation engines (email, product-led growth, referrals, communities, social, PR). - Reposition and strengthen the brand
Define Skyvia’s unique positioning in a crowded SaaS landscape, sharpen messaging for SMB audiences, and elevate brand visibility across global markets. - Create a data-driven marketing culture
Establish clear KPIs and dashboards, track performance across channels, and make marketing decisions grounded in data, not assumptions. - Lead a high-performing team
Hire, mentor, and empower marketers. Set high standards for execution and ensure close alignment with Product and Sales. - Experiment and adapt fast
Continuously test new tactics and channels in a rapidly changing AI-driven marketing environment. Double down on what works, cut what doesn’t, and stay ahead of competitors. - Drive demand and pipeline generation
Deliver measurable results from awareness to marketing-qualified opportunities, ensuring marketing directly contributes to business growth.
We’re looking for someone who has experience with:
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with SMB ICP.
- Proven experience growing IT/SaaS products in the US or global market.
- Strong background in SEO, content marketing and/or PR and brand building.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills (GA4, GSC, BI dashboards, attribution).
- Solid understanding of unit economics and cohort profitability.
- Solid understanding of key metrics, including lead and lag indicators, to measure progress and evaluate marketing strategy success.
- Proven track record in designing, executing, and optimizing full-funnel marketing strategies.
- Leadership experience managing teams of 10+ people.
- Excellent written and verbal English (B2–C1).
- Strong business acumen combined with creativity.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a market reshaped by AI and find solutions rather than wait.
