Our company is growing fast, and sometimes we have unique or urgent roles to fill across different countries.
To make this process smoother, I’m looking for a skilled recruiter who can jump in and help on an ad-hoc basis — only when there’s a specific vacancy to work on.

This isn’t a full-time job, but rather a flexible side opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and international hiring.
 

What You’ll Do:

  • Take on recruitment projects  — from sourcing to closing the role.
  • Fill positions of all levels: from coordinators to top management and specialized medical roles in different countries.
  • Use your sourcing magic ✨ — LinkedIn, niche communities, and creative channels.
  • Partner with our HR team and hiring managers to understand each role and deliver the best candidates.
     

Who You Are:

  • A recruiter with 2+ years of experience (agency or in-house).
  • Comfortable recruiting internationally — English is a must 🌎.
  • Independent, proactive, and flexible, with the ability to step in and handle projects on your own schedule.
  • Someone who loves variety and isn’t afraid of unique or niche roles.
