Middle Node.js / HubSpot Integrations Developer

Client/Project:
We are partnering with a German-based company that is expanding its digital ecosystem through tailored integrations with HubSpot. The company is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join the team part-time, supporting ongoing and upcoming integration projects. You will be working closely with their team to implement, maintain, and optimize HubSpot integrations that connect business workflows with broader technology platforms.

Time zone requirements: standard EU/Ukriane time is ok.

English: Upper-intermediate.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of professional software engineering experience;
• Strong expertise in Node.js (primary development language);
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience delivering projects with HubSpot integrations;
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication methods, and data synchronization;
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setup.

Nice-to-Have:

• German language;
• Experience with other CRM or marketing automation systems;
• Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain HubSpot integrations using Node.js;
• Collaborate with the team to scope, build, and test integration features;
• Ensure seamless data flow and process automation between HubSpot and external systems;
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing integration solutions;
• Provide technical input for future integration projects as they arise;
• Document integration workflows and maintain best practices.
