Upwork Sales Manager

What you'll be working on:

โš™๏ธ Conduct Upwork lead generation process

๐ŸŽฏ Qualify new leads and driving compelling negotiations

๐Ÿค– Interact with engineering and education departments to ensure a smooth sales process

๐Ÿ“ Craft new and maintain current pre-sale materials

๐Ÿ“Š Monitor, update, and manage sales activities using tools like Asana

๐Ÿ“ˆ Regularly collect and analyze metrics to refine our sales strategies and focus

 

Experience that will help you to do the job:

  • Minimum of 2 years in IT sales on Upwork with proven track record
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English for effective client communication
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities effectively
  • Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude or alternative LLMs

 

Experience that will be a plus:

  • Experience managing data in Airtable or Google Sheets
  • Creative makings for creating pre-sale materials in Canva
  • Proficiency in any task management tool like Asana, Trello, etc.
  • Experience of outbound sales on LinkedIn
