Art Director / Head of Creative Department
INB.bio is a bold, fast-growing direct nutra advertiser with over 150 exclusive offers across 15+ GEOs, with a special focus on exotic markets in Africa, Asia, and LATAM. We’re looking for a visionary Art Director / Head of Creative to lead our creative team, own the brand’s visual identity, and drive design excellence across all channels.
This role is perfect for someone who loves diving deep into global cultures, exploring unique markets, and turning insights into powerful creative concepts.
Responsibilities
- Brand Leadership
- Own INB.bio’s visual identity across all internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with PR, SMM, and Content teams to deliver high-quality creatives, from quick-turn social videos to detailed landing pages.
- Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and campaigns.
- Partner Materials
- Lead the development of creative concepts and solutions in-house, working closely with the Media Buying team to test and refine these assets.
- After testing, deliver optimized creatives to partners for Facebook, SEO, and other ad campaigns.
- Adapt materials to local cultural nuances and regulations, ensuring relevance and performance.
- Creative Testing & Collaboration
- Partner with the Media Buying team to find the best-performing creative combinations through data-driven experimentation.
- Provide strategic guidance on scaling winning creatives.
- Event Creative Strategy
- Brainstorm and execute unique creative concepts for events with the CMO.
- Oversee booth design, branded merchandise, and event visuals from ideation to execution.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary creative team.
- Develop Personal Development Plans (PDPs), conduct regular check-ins, and foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Art Director, Head of Creative, or similar leadership role (5+ years).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign creative, and multi-channel design.
- Experience working with marketing, content, and media teams.
- Understanding of ad creative performance, A/B testing, and analytics-driven design decisions.
- Skilled at analyzing creative performance data to understand why campaigns succeed or fail — not relying solely on intuition.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with experience managing and scaling teams.
- Passion for exploring global markets and deep cultural research, especially in exotic GEOs.
- Knowledge of event design and production is a plus.
- Open-minded, curious, and passionate about creative excellence.
