Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering roles;
• 2+ years of experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS / Google Cloud Platform — preferred / Microsoft Azure);
• 6+ months of experience with Railway.com — strong advantage;
• Experience with Prometheus, LGTM or ELK stacks;
• Hands-on experience setting up comprehensive monitoring solutions, designing dashboards, alerts, and automations;
• Experience building complex multi-stage CI/CD pipelines with one of: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins;
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform / Terragrunt / Pulumi), including state management and modular infrastructure design;
• Experience with Docker or other container-based technologies;
• Kubernetes experience;
• Networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancers, PKI/TLS, network security, etc.);
• Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices;
• Scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, Python automation scripts);
• PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis configuration and tuning experience;

• English — B2 level or higher.

   

Would be a plus

• Software development experience — ability to read, write, and debug code;
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar);
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices;

• GCP / AWS / Azure certifications.
