B2B Web App UI/UX Designer

Job Posting: UI/UX Designer (B2B Fintech/Proptech + AI)

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team on a long-term contract (6–12 months minimum). Our product sits at the intersection of Fintech, Proptech, and AI, with a highly complex user experience and interface that requires top-tier design thinking.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design for a complex B2B SaaS platform used by real estate and finance professionals.
• Create clean, intuitive user flows and interfaces that make complex tasks simple.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to implement designs quickly and precisely.
• Join customer discovery calls to gather feedback and translate insights into design improvements.
• Push for design consistency, clarity, and usability across all modules.

What We’re Looking For

• Extremely detail-oriented with a track record of designing complex SaaS or finance/proptech products.
• Fast and efficient, able to move from idea → wireframe → high-fidelity designs quickly.
• Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken. You’ll be client-facing.
• Strong portfolio showing complex UX flows (not just simple landing pages).
• Experience designing for data-heavy products, dashboards, and B2B workflows.
• Familiarity with AI/ML products or interest in AI-driven design is a plus.

Contract

• Long-term contract (6–12 months minimum, with potential extension).
• Remote, flexible schedule, but overlap with EST/CET time zones preferred.
