Outreach Specialist (SDR)
We’re looking for an experienced Outreach Specialist (SDR) to strengthen our lead generation process. In this role, you’ll work closely with and report directly to the Head of Sales.
Your day-to-day will focus on building relationships through personalized written / automated communication with prospects across email, LinkedIn, and other channels. You’ll be responsible for guiding leads through the sales funnel, turning warm replies into intro calls, managing appointments, and keeping our Pipedrive CRM up to date. In addition, you’ll re-engage with contacts already in the system, helping us grow relationships step by step.
Please note that this position involves a combination of personalized manual communication with prospects as well as managing and optimizing automated outreach campaigns.
Target Market: US/Canada, UK, Europe, DACH and Scandinavian countries.
Target Industries: Retail/Ecommerce, Education, Finance, Healthcare, Logistics, Manufacturing, Real Estate.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of proven experience in B2B outbound lead generation.
- Advanced written English; strong spoken English is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Snov.io, Apollo, Reply.io, Clay, LinkedHelper, Waalaxy (or similar).
- Experience with CRMs (Pipedrive and etc).
- Demonstrated success in converting outreach responses into booked meetings.
- Strong soft skills, including curiosity, proactivity, creativity, and the ability to learn quickly.
- High level of self-motivation, persistence, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists aligned with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) using LinkedIn, databases, web research, and industry events.
- Initiate and maintain direct communication with prospects through personalized/automated, high-quality outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Create and optimize unique outreach sequences that resonate with our target audience.
- Pre-qualify leads, nurture warm prospects, and ensure smooth handover to the sales team, including scheduling intro calls.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in Pipedrive to keep the pipeline organized.
- Track and report on campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Explore and test new outbound channels and approaches to strengthen lead generation efforts.
- Stay up to date with trends in SEO, digital marketing, and outbound strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and the sales team to support pipeline growth and consistently exceed individual and team targets.
