About your role: Your role will be about ensuring that sprints and releases happen on time, with clarity, predictability, and full transparency for the whole team. You will drive process discipline, making sure Definition of Ready and Definition of Done aren’t just words but the way we work. Are you in?

 

In this role, you will

• Plan and execute sprints and releases (grooming, retro, testing during the sprint/release, monitoring timely implementation of the sprint/release plan)
• Monitor implementation of features according to task descriptions
• Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies and ensure team alignment (standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
• Track and improve the process in Jira
• Keep documentation up to date

It’s all about you

• 2+ years of proven Project Management experience in product companies
• Good knowledge of management tools (JIRA/Confluence)
• Experience in working with SCRUM teams
• Knowledge of Project Management and Agile/SCRUM processes
• Experience in running projects of 10+ people
• Experience in people management practices: coaching and mentoring, team and conflict management
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of self-organization, ownership, and attention to detail
