Senior Talent Acquisition

Requirements:

• Experience in iGaming/IT/Digital recruiting minimum 2-3 years, preferably in an agency setting.
• Confident use of ATS Huntflow or similar systems (Lever, Greenhouse, Workable) with skills to leverage their features for analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
• Knowledge of key indicators of HR metrics and KPIs (time-to-fill, conversion rates, sourcing channels).
• Proficiency in Interview methodologies: STAR technique, case interviews, and projective questioning.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, frameworks, software architecture, and digital marketing.
• Ability to accurately capture and articulate client requirements.
• Experience or strong interest in iGaming, crypto, adult, and nutra industries, with understanding of key roles, terminology, and market trends.
• English — at least B1 level.
  
  Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for iGaming, IT, and Digital roles, ensuring alignment with client and company requirements.
• Collaborate with sourcers. Also source, screen, and interview candidates using various methodologies, including STAR, case interviews, and projective questioning.
• Utilize ATS Huntflow, effectively for candidate tracking, reporting, and recruitment analytics.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics and KPIs such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, and sourcing channels to optimize recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with Account managers
• Collaborate with Hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications, leveraging basic IT knowledge to assess candidate fit.
• Stay informed about industry trends and specifics in iGaming, crypto, adult, and nutra sectors to identify talent needs and market opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline within the targeted niches through proactive sourcing and networking.
