HEAD UX/UI Design (FinTech background)

Commitment: 5–8 hours per week, for 1–2 months (part time)
Compensation: Hourly basis

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Design HEAD with a strong FinTech background to join us on a part-time basis. The role is focused on improving product design, ensuring usability, and aligning solutions with business goals.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and maintain a design vision that supports business growth.
• Deliver user journeys and features that enhance customer experience.
• Own and scale the design system, standardizing UI across platforms.
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and strong visual impact.
• Lead design reviews and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with business and PM teams to align design with goals.
• Stay ahead of competitors, adopting best practices and innovations.
   

Requirements

• 5+ years in UX/UI, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record with live products and scaling in FinTech.
• Strong UX expertise: user behavior, complex flows, accessibility.
• Strong UI expertise: visual style, typography, scalable design systems.
• Master-level Figma; Adobe CC proficiency.
• Solid understanding of frontend principles.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Experience with international clients and markets.
