▪ Following modern IT solution architecture principles, our platforms are built from sub-modules, each providing distinct functionality to the overall platform.

▪ Module enables users of our platform to manage relationships between registered external customers and their business context, as it is maintained in our ERP and CRM solutions.

Requirements

Industry-related experience
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and software development methodologies
4+ years in Business analysis
Strong knowledge and skills in Business Analysis techniques and practices
Fluent English (comprehensive written and verbal communication)
Knowledge of Requirements Management tools
Skills with Requirements identifying and documenting
Ability to perform GAP, root cause analysis
Experience with Agile projects in PO role
Prior experience with SAP ERP/ MDG and CRM systems is a plus.

Job responsibilities

Point of contact for the client;

Working with the Product team, technical SMEs on requirements (UI and backend)

Support PO to break down business requirements into technical stories

Support backlog management

Сommunicating risks/status updates to clients

Control the scope execution and deadlines of delivery
