Project Manager

Built on AWS, integrates with leading EHRs and insurance carriers, giving clients a turnkey solution for handling complex billing workflows at scale.
Role Overview: We’re seeking a proactive, independent PM to join our team. You’ll collaborate with our dev team on feature development and backlog tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Support Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production and staging environments. Apply maintenance interventions consistently across all client instances. Automate repetitive support tasks and deployment processes.
Task & Time Management:
- Independently schedule and prioritize your workload.
- Coordinate with the team to cover urgent fixes and backlog items when maintenance windows are clear.
- Provide daily or weekly updates on tasks and progress
Required Soft Skills
Fluent English and Italian
Conduct technical calls, write documentation, and correspond with clients in Italian.
English proficiency for internal collaboration.
Excellent Communication Provide clear, concise, and timely updates.
Actively listen and ask clarifying questions.
Proactive & Independent Self-starter capable of managing your own schedule and delivering quality work with minimal supervision.
Eager to jump into team tasks when primary responsibilities are complete.
