Retention manager
Milliorize is hiring an experienced Retention Manager to lead CRM, bonusing, and lifecycle engagement strategies across its two flagship products: MarketRaces and Sweepluxe. This is a key leadership role with full ownership over player retention, loyalty, and engagement. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the U.S. sweepstakes space, is deeply familiar with FastTrack CRM (including the Gamification Engine) or similar, and knows how to build scalable, high-performing lifecycle strategies.

๏ธYour responsibilities on the project will be:
1. Player Retention & Engagement Strategy
โ Develop data-driven retention strategies to increase active users and reduce churn.
โ Work closely with CRM, email marketing, and in-game messaging teams to create engaging campaigns.
โ Analyze player behavior, deposit trends, and session frequency to personalize offers.
2. CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
โ Design automated retention campaigns (emails, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages) based on user segments.
โ Build player lifecycle journeys (welcome flows, reactivation campaigns, VIP programs, churn prevention).
โ Optimize loyalty programs and rewards for long-term player engagement.
3. Bonus & Promotion Management
โ Create and optimize bonuses, cashback programs, daily challenges, and seasonal promotions.
โ Implement A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of different promotions.
โ Ensure bonuses align with revenue goals and prevent bonus abuse.
4. VIP & High-Value Player Management
โ Develop exclusive VIP retention strategies to retain high-value players (whales).
โ Personalize offers for top depositors through tailored rewards, events, and account managers.
5. Churn Prevention & Win-Back Campaigns
โ Identify early signs of churn using behavioral analytics and predictive modeling.
โ Create win-back campaigns for inactive players through special promotions.
โ Implement exit surveys and feedback loops to understand why users leave.
6. Data Analytics & Performance Reporting
โ Track key retention KPIs: Daily Active Users (DAU), Monthly Active Users (MAU), Retention Rate (D1, D7, D30), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and Churn Rate.
โ Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Power BI, and SQL to measure retention performance.
โ Present insights and actionable reports to the leadership team.
7. Compliance & Responsible Engagement
โ Ensure retention strategies align with gambling regulations and responsible gaming policies.
โ Work closely with the customer support and KYC teams to prevent fraud and promote ethical engagement.

Our requirements to you:
โ 5+ years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing in social casino or sweepstakes products (U.S. market).
โ Strong knowledge of FastTrack CRM or similar tools, including Gamification setup.
โ Deep understanding of bonus mechanics, lifecycle marketing, and sweeps compliance.
โ Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data.
โ Excellent communication and copywriting skills for segmented audiences.
โ Highly self-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
โ Must be fully committed, proactive, and ready to take full ownership of retention efforts.
โ English level from B2 โ professional written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
