Business Analyst

Our client, an international consulting company working at the intersection of finance, real estate, and technology, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen their IT operations. The company has been on the market for more than 15 years and supports businesses in navigating complex regulations through expert knowledge and modern digital solutions.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will analyze, document, and optimize business processes, work with Jira and Salesforce, coordinate team efforts, and help maintain efficiency across internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain structured workflows for the IT team in Jira (issue types, boards, automations, reporting).
• Ensure clarity in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ticket lifecycle in collaboration with the technical lead.
• Collect requirements from stakeholders, align expectations, and translate them into actionable Jira tasks.
• Analyze internal use of Salesforce as ERP/CRM to optimize cross-team processes.
• Maintain clear documentation and regular updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven ability to document business workflows and turn them into improvement plans.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• English at B2+ level.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working remotely in distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce (customization, configuration, working with developers/admins).
• Professional certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.) are a plus.
