About the Role

This role is for engineers who thrive in dynamic environments, where processes are still being shaped and impact is immediate. We focus on goals rather than ceremonies: no endless grooming sessions or heavy planning rituals.

Our processes are still evolving, so you’ll have a direct influence on how they are shaped. There are no layers of managers or endless approvals – decisions are made quickly through open discussions and direct collaboration.

Previous startup experience is not required. What matters is being ready to work without rigid rules, take initiative, and make decisions independently.

What You’ll Do

• Develop backend features with Python/FastAPI and frontend features with React/HTML/CSS, Angular/Vue
• Build integrations with CRM and communication platforms
• Design and optimize data pipelines
• Import and analyze external data, build processes for data handling (ETL/ELT)
• Embed AI-driven scenarios into backend and UI
• Drive tasks end-to-end: from design idea to production release and ongoing support
• Deliver in fast cycles: MVP → test → optimize → release
• Maintain DevOps best practices: testing, CI/CD, security

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Python skills (FastAPI, async, Pydantic)
• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL), Pandas, data pipelines
• React (preferred) or other modern frameworks (Angular/Vue)
• HTML/CSS
• Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, Kafka
• CI/CD, Git
• Curiosity about startups, openness, and drive
• Strong teamwork skills: constructive code reviews, active participation in technical discussions, and support for colleagues
