B2B Sales Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a B2B Sales Manager who knows how to take warm leads (people already interested in our product) and confidently close them and won new clients.
Key info regarding vacancy:
- We offer candidates base salary + one-time bonus for each closed deal.
- It's possible to get lifetime comission instead of one-time bonus for each closed deal after 1 year working in the company, and systematically closing new deals.
- That is strictly hybrid format of work: 2 days offline, 3 days remote in Poland.
What You’ll Do
- Appointment Setting: Engage & work with leads who positively replies from Email & LinkedIn to book a demo.
- You don't need to configure outreach, we already have a team and system which works.
- No cold-calling required, only demos with clients who booked a demo. - Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals with a clear, results-first approach.
- first 2 months personal onboarding and handling demos from a C-level
- CRM history which will help to learn & understand how to close deals
- already closed 100+ B2B customers CRM: Use CRM & our own set of automations to keep up to date info regarding sales pipeline
Requirements
- English: Fluent-Advanced level, enough to make live demos & meetings with customers.
- Proven success in B2B sales.
Strong deal-closing mindset.
