B2B Sales Manager (Warm Leads) — SaaS Startup

We’re looking for a B2B Sales Manager who knows how to take warm leads (people already interested in our product) and confidently close them into long-term clients. If you’re ambitious, proactive, and love winning deals - you’ll feel at home here.
What You’ll Do
- Work with warm inbound leads: guide them from “interested” to “signed deal.”
- Build strong relationships with founders and C-level executives.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with a clear, results-first approach.
Collaborate with our tight-knit team to improve processes and grow faster.
Requirements
- English C1+ (fluent, professional level).
- Proven success in B2B SaaS sales.
- Strong networking and deal-closing mindset.
- Solid negotiation experience at founder/C-level.
- Tech/product background is a big plus (bonus if you’ve been a developer or worked in tech-driven teams).
Other languages = nice advantage.
