Your Role:
As a Junior Recruiter at Entravel, you will be a key part of our journey! You’ll help us find and hire amazing talent who share our vision for the future of travel. You will:

  • Source candidates for a variety of positions at Entravel.
  • Post job ads and search for top talent on different platforms.
  • Conduct first-round interviews and assess candidates.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand the needs for each role.
  • Keep candidates updated and engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Help make our recruitment process even better and more efficient.
  • Support HR processes such as preboarding, onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
     

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or HR.
  • A solid understanding of recruitment and basic HR processes.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Organized, responsible, and ready to learn.
