Client Delivery Manager
We are looking for a Client Delivery Manager to ensure smooth onboarding, coordination, and long-term satisfaction of our Web3 clients. This role is crucial for keeping our project flow stable and ensuring that all clients receive timely and quality service, without diving into deep technical details.
What you’ll be doing:
- Onboarding new clients and coordinating internal delivery processes;
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients on operational matters;
- Tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverables (admin-level oversight);
- Proactively communicating with internal teams to resolve blockers;
- Maintaining full visibility across all active client projects;
- Supporting client satisfaction and retention processes;
- Identifying potential risks or delays and escalating them as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, client delivery, or account coordination, ideally in service companies, agencies, or startups;
- Strong organizational and administrative skills - you know how to keep projects and people on track;
- A background in Web3/crypto or a solid understanding of the space would be a huge plus, but is not mandatory.
- Excellent English, both written and spoken - clear communication with international clients is key;
- A proactive and structured approach - you spot risks early, keep processes smooth, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks;
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and align different teams without getting lost in technical details;
- Familiarity with Web3 project lifecycles and client expectations is a strong plus.
