Recruiter
We at Cryptorsy Ventures are growing fast and looking for a Recruiter who can help us scale our team. You’ll be the one connecting with talented people around the world and making sure we bring the right folks on board 🚀
What you’ll do:
- Source candidates across different channels (LinkedIn, job boards, communities).
- Screen resumes and run interviews (including in English).
- Keep our hiring pipeline organized in the ATS/CRM and ensure that no candidate gets lost.
- Drive the hiring process end-to-end
- Support our employer branding — write catchy job posts, share updates, and help us look great on socials.
What we expect:
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (IT, startups, or Web3 is a big plus).
- Solid sourcing and communication skills.
- English level B2–C1 — you feel confident running interviews in English.
- You are always looking for ways to improve the quality of your work and have experience in optimizing and automating recruitment processes.
- Proactive attitude and love for connecting with people.
