UX/UI Designer

We are a dynamic and innovative team building a cutting-edge product in sports analytics and statistics. We are now looking for a creative UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered interfaces for our project, ensuring an engaging experience across web and mobile platforms.
 

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX and UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong skills in Figma
• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive layouts.
• Design systems and component libraries experience.
• Experience preparing developer-ready assets and clear design specifications.
• Ability to conduct and analyze user research and usability testing.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
   

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with sports or sports analytics to translate data into engaging visuals.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS basics to facilitate developer handoff.
• Ability to create animations or micro-interactions for enhanced user experience.
   

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain user-friendly, responsive interfaces for the project’s web and mobile web versions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that reflect user needs and business goals.
• Work closely with product managers, developers and other designers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.
• Define and evolve the design system, color palettes, typography, and reusable UI components.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Ensure a consistent and visually compelling brand presence across all digital touchpoints.
